Well,I have experience in OTA and am kind of trustworthy.
How do the OTA work in the half-life 2 world?
They work together and they aren't like Civil Protection because they are way more brainwashed and have no emotion and are specialized in tactics.
How do the OTA carry out their orders?
They carry out their orders professionally and work in groups.
How do the OTA speak? What do they talk like?

Charles Drux lost hes mother when he was at the age of 5.Soon,He lost hes father when he was 13,He is now 26 years old and has not many friends.Charles Drux is lonely and seeks friends.
He has never been detained by a Civil Protection Unit before as he is very loyal to the UU.He has no siblings what so ever and has an apartment that is slightly damaged and very dirty and dusty.
Charles Drux knows that he may not be the most known or liked person in the city but he is still very loyal to the UU. Charles Drux was born on 9/9/1991.He is very friendly and likes to chat with people. Overall he has a very friendly personality and gets along well.He now wishes to join the Metropolice Force or OTA. He thinks he would be fit for the Metropolice Force and the Overwatch Transhuman Arm job.He has no mental disabilities.
