Aiko responded, and told me to "check my application", which I did. Suddenly, for whatever reason, he changed his accept into a deny. I asked him why, and he said "You're the guy in discord earlier no?" to which I said no, because I have literally never been in the Apollo Gaming Discord server. I assumed my application was denied simply because he assumed I was someone that I wasn't. He said, "Your behavior on Discord was horrible" to which I replied "I've never been on your Discord. What are you talking about?" to which he replied "You've been."  Instantly, he just assumed that I was the person who was evidently trolling on Discord, even though I wasn't. I think this was rude and completely uncalled for, as he didn't even take a second to try and accept the fact that I wasn't, he instead just jumped straight to conclusions, which I found unprofessional.  Not only that, he also told me that staff had traced my Steam account to my Discord account, which is obviously a huge, huge lie, as he later admitted. They couldn't have done that, as he later said that in fact he [i]was[/i] wrong and that I had never been in their Discord. So where did this so-called 'tracing' come from?  After he finally accepted that I wasn't actually whoever the person in Discord was, he told me that I couldn't have my application accepted because I've 'never been on the server', which I think is just outright rude. I have been an active participating member in the server for a few days now, playing with my friend Sherald, who is currently in the MPF. I robbed someone literally the other day with admin assistance, and you're telling me that admins have never seen me online? I think that's just completely untrue.  This administrator lied to my face several times, which honestly just disgusts me and I think is not the right attitude for an administrator to have. I have screenshots of the entire interaction, should anyone be interested.  [b]Have they been a problem multiple times? If so, how many?: [/b]This has only been a problem today. 

As someone who has interacted with (and been a victim of) staff member Aiko, I can easily say that he is unfit for any sort of position of power. He actually just banned me from the server for no valid reason, as truly, I've done nothing wrong. I personally believe that he is not someone that should be representing the community. That is my opinion, not an insult. Do not get these two things twisted.

Firstly, a response to Chewy's claim. approximately 14'ish hours ago a user joins the discord with your same forum name syllables, he's been acting weird claiming he's from Saudi Arabia. He keeps on a suggestion that the community should host the server on his own private servers. At this point, we got fishy and decided to background check the account and trace it to a steam account.We found out that that discord account was linked YOUR steam account. You then connect and ask for your MpF application I tell you "Check your app.", you insisted on discussing I then proceed to say that you were the user on Discord and you began to deny it completely. I then give you the benefit of the doubt then proceed to ask fellow staff members if they have ever seen a "Chews" on the server. Most of them said no and you should be given time to prove your self. you then say this. I'm literally not that discord account. Do you know how easy it is to delete your name and profile picture? Not very difficult at all. Again, you can't just assume that I'm the person who owns that account because it isn't me. I asked for a link to join the discord to be able to prove that it isn't me, only for you to (as I have now found out) ban me.  Using that character (that is also the name of my forum account) is easy. It makes your name invisible on most platforms (Discord, Steam, etc), so this 'background check' is again, just a lie. If you can actually provide me some solid evidence that that is my Discord account other than just accusing me, then I'll accept my punishment. Except it isn't me, so I have no idea what you're talking about. My discord is #0132, add me if you want.

You are actually clueless (again, don't get it twisted, clueless is not an insult but the truth!) -- I'm the invisible avatar and name guy on Discord, as well as John Whiskey. I joined on my John Whiskey account after you banned my main account for NO REASON. I personally spoke to Minty on Steam and he seemed entirely unbothered about the whole situation, and as a matter of fact, I even recall him saying himself in the Discord chat that he didn't mind. He too had no clue why I was banned.  You've, first of all, banned me for no reason, and second of all, jumped to conclusions about Chewy and also banned him for no reason. What gives?

So from what I see currently. The ban oddly enough, I never caught wind of this and im head of staff. Wish people would communicate... Regardless what I see I'm putting my two cents worth in at this point, Discord and Server are seperate, meaning if you were banned from the discord it'd have to be some major shit for you to get banned from the server as well. Regardless of this if you break multiple rules in the discord for example Rules 4 and 5 being broken within the discord you are getting banned on the server as well for a max of 82 hours. Odd number I know but its what i've put in place. If minty said it was fine @hubba Then I want you to get him to message me cause he has me on steam. If anything I'll have you unbanned if thats the only rule you broke was 4 Or at least reduced in duration if you can give me the current duration. As to whoever this guy is who posted the staff report, I'd like for you to POSSIBLY (You dont have to) change your name to something I can type out, if not well its fine you don't have to. Regardless I apologise for my staffs behaviour and as of the 26th im reforming the staff team to put most of our current staff on trial as is and they will be evaluated from there. I'm not fully informed on the situation but from my perspective we did trace the account back to chewwy, which would mean that your claims are false. " isn't solid, this is due to the fact you can make multiple accounts on discord thus making your argument invalid. Another fact is that your forum name is exactly the same as the name from the banned person of the discord. About Hubba we had a valid reason for your ban, there's no need to discuss whether it was valid or not in your opnion. If you wish to be unbanned you can make an appeal Hubba, I will discuss this with head of staff. I was at the time of these two issue's on the discord and server, I have witnessed both situations for the most part. I'm stating this report is lacking evidence and valid arguments against the accused (Aiko).

My claims aren't false. Hubba literally [i]admitted to being the person who said those things on Discord [/i]multiple times, yet you still insist it was me. How many times do I have to say this? [size=120][b]I have never been on the Apollo Gaming Discord server.[/b][/size] [size=100]The reason Hubba had the same name as me is because the name I use on Steam is a glitched character, which makes my name on Steam appear invisible. I'm guessing this works on Discord, too, judging from the screenshots that were posted above. Two people using the same special character doesn't make them the same person, and I think it is unprofessional to just assume that. I assumed someone would have at least taken the initiative to look further in-depth or perhaps even ask me, instead of just assuming it was me and then subsequently issuing a ban.[/size]

How did you guys "trace" my Discord account back to Chewy besides searching the letter on Steam? I literally even posted my own Steam URL in the chat. You are basing everything entirely off of assumptions. He copied my name from Discord and used it on his Steam because it was invisible and looked cool, that's it. He literally never joined on the Discord. 

For the record, I was[color=#e74c3c]  [b]NEVER[/b][/color] asked if this user (let alone any user) was the person from Discord, and therefore; never confirmed such a statement. 

After looking into this, Aiko did nothing wrong on his part as you were both minging on the server. This complain is shall be [color=#c0392b][size=200]Ignored/Denied.[/size][/color]

It'd be nice if you could post some proof.  Even the head of staff said he saw where Aiko went wrong. Might wanna take a re-read, thanks.
